This is a *LATE* shout out to all US competitors planning to go to Phillip Island for the World Titles in March 2011. KSUSA is interested to see who's planning to go, adults and groms alike. We're now just under 8 weeks away! Remember that the entry deadline is March 1st but don't wait.
You can respond here or you can drop me a PM as either hopeful, probable, or in! I'm compiling an email list to facilitate communication for
team members.
Now that the 2011 KSUSA Titles are behind us it's time focus on getting ready for Phillip Island.
Thanks, Brad

I'm planning to go to Phillip Island and join that extraordinary team of USA men surfers. I've got plane ticket and have registered.
I was the sole Woman in the KSUSA championship this year ( and winner in 2010) I hope there will be other women going. DO you know at this point? I hear there are some great Aussie women kneelos coming Bring it on.

Cool Cynthia, I just entered also. They better have meat pie's, and cappuccino on PI!

I just got my ticket for Australia and I have to give a huge thanks to team USA for helping get the last bit of my ticket taken care of.
I can't wait to get in the water.
I was also wondering there was anyone that lives near the LAX that could let me park at there house while I am away. It would be greatly appreciated.

Last call for anyone on the fence about coming to Phillip Island!! Deadline is just days away. Please pull the trigger and join us if possible. Airfare is stable and our Qantas flight is $50 less than when we booked in January. Should be a great event!
Check out this link to see the Team if you haven't already done so. Big Thanks to Joe Coyne for putting it together.

Huge effort, congrats to all at KSUSA for generating the interest in competitive Kneelo events.
i think the first stand alone kneelo world titles in 1993 there were nil competitors from the US( nobody knew they were on?)
The Beresford's and Barry Baker were lone wolfs in 1996.

Arrived this AM (Thursday) with Bill and Bob after a great flight and reasonable sleep
. Easy drive down to the Island and got checked into the house and unpacked with no dings on any boards (thanks Qantas!).
Ran into Budgie, Simon, and Feralmick at Woolies but the surf was slow to improve with some onshore wind so we just chatted it up a bit.
A nice welcome BBQ at Jim and Jill Brown's house tonight was a great chance to catch up. They have some great World Titles gear that will be for sale.
The Island is bigger than we thought and offers many options for surf. Overcast in the low 60s; offshore winds expected for the start of the contest. Surf should pick up a bit tomorrow
Looking forward to a great event!
