Sounds like you guys had a great time.

Was there any incidents with non-competitors interfering with the contest?

Was there any incidents with non-competitors interfering with the contest?
On Friday afternoon as the last heat was in the water, the water patrol pulled the buoy out about a half hour too early, and the pack that was on the middle peak invaded the slot, to the dismay of the competitors still in the water. I missed the mayhem because the light was leaving at that hour. Don't know how bad it was, but considering that it had been a beautiful warm day with a rising swell, the water was otherwise kept very clear of non-comps. Saturday was even better, as the high tide shut down the other peak and there was almost no one in the water until after the last heat was over.
