more of the site is functioning now
but I don't like change

generally I guess we will get used to it
the swell data is working
the wind data is working

the pull down menus make it easier to get to the Vic - MP page and so on

Ben is good with the kind words and I have sent a few PMs over the past few days
I think I still miss the old format

If, as he says, the change improves his business model and keeps the thing running it has to be a good thing. Everyone should click on a few adds while you're in the site and help him out.

coastal watch link was great! thanks :D It was great few weeks and mothers day morning at 13th will live in memory for quite a while.

13th beach can be fickle in terms of banks but most locals can match a swell direction with a tide and bank and do ok. But when it goes off there is a definite pipe A frame look about some of the breaks.

just sitten bank now primed and waiting for the next session hoping that fitness and form stay close!

Most surf coast kneelos (due to age) seem to hit outers at pt impossible (possos) on the big days as its big enough for the thrill but like most kneelos, has more of a middle age spread to its girth so not quite so grinding at 6ft+

anyway Huey seems to have us on hold for the next week so lawns are getting mowed etc in preperation

Hi jdc, Up at the Gong on mothers day but got some great waves on the way back at Phillip Island, the Monday after the comp. I gather we missed the biggest/best of it however. In some ways I'm glad I wasn't at home, may have struggled for a leave pass on mothers day without the comp as an excuse.

Still, been getting some decent waves over this side. The big swell seems to have set up some good banks. Having said that, nothing for me for a couple of days, off to Sydney this avo for work.

welldone prince guru!

the writers mention about late drops and sucky spots on waves highlights my less than impressed by "airs" as kneelo thinking.

my kneelo thinking about kneelo strengths and what diffes it from footboarding i suppose.
