Seen the $70 wetsuit drying hangars?

I had exactly the same idea last spring. I built a prototype in 30 minutes that I've been using ever since. You can build your own too -- I've posted a how-to build your own on my website. This will make your mornings much more pleasant. In fact you may never have had a fully dry suit before.

I get around this by having two suits. One is usually dry. If its an emergency I have been known to throw the suit into the dryer on low with a few towels. It does upset the wife because then she insists that I wash the towels because they smell like my skanky wetsuit.

Do you turn the wet suit inside out? That and a .99 car fresher on the hanger.

There's a book floating around the house called 'Book of Questions.' It's full of hypothetical situations sure to get you in trouble with your loved ones...

Ex. 1: If you went out of your house and found a hurt bird, what would you do?

Wife: Call a vet or someone that could properly care for it.
Me: Back up the car and try again...

Ex. 2: You were placed in a separate room from your loved one. In each room is a button. In an hours time, you will both die. If you push the button, your loved one will be spared, but you will die instantly. Your wife's button works the same way. What will you do?

Wife: ??? The dinner is burning... gotta go!
Me: Ride that clock like Slim Pickens in Dr. Strangelove!


So... if you had a heated wetsuit that was comfortable, flexible, and always toasty, but peeing in it meant instant death by electrocution, would you:

A. Buy the suit and wear it... religously getting out, peeling it off in god-knows-what temperatures, and do your thing

B. Buy the suit, practice deep meditation and body fluid balancing, and never leave the water to pee...

C. Work with what you have and enjoy your natural hot springs

D. Buy the suit for everyone in sight (going broke in the process) and enjoy empty line-ups for days to come

E. Buy the suit, fashion an 'escape hatch' and try to electrocute folks that drop in

Short of getting electrocuted, this might be just what your talking about SF. think of the heating possibilities for the dry. http://www.oceanrodeo.com/surfing/drysuits.php# I picked up the dealarship for these guy about a month ago and if they live up to half of what is possible... well no more breaking ice off my suit when camping (not much day light in the winter and a boat trip can take long enough that going back that day is not an option).

..Just a little confused about the process.The undergarment I understand.The outer garment is a dry suit?,but not totally dry?otherwise the persperation that wicks thru the undergarment would be trapped by the dry part,and eventually that much moisture would eventually cool down the undergarment.Sounds interesting!Keep us posted... Thanks

I was yelling on my all morning about the water it kept letting flush in whenever I moved! She didn't listen
